Because Mining Aura is a culmination of concepts.

When I was 22, playing under the Minecraft name Satisfaction, I started working on a server idea called DryPlanet.net. The concept was strange, ambitious, and a little bit crazy: an anarchy Minecraft world with no water, no trees, no plants, no animals, and barely any ores to mine. It was basically Mars, but in reality it was meant to represent a broken, post-apocalyptic Earth in the year 2053. Survival was harsh, resources were scarce, and every block mattered. To make it even more interesting, I began experimenting with cryptocurrency farming inside the game.

At the time I was juggling school, work, and dating while trying to push this project forward. But life caught up with me. I lost everything my job, my money, my relationships, and even faced an arrest. I couldn’t afford to pay developers to finish the project. It felt like all of the progress I had made was slipping away. But instead of giving up, I found myself with one thing I had never really had before: time. With nothing left to lose, I decided to learn the skills myself. I dove into coding, server development, and everything else I needed to know to keep chasing the ideas that I know will make a difference. I made mistakes, failed plenty of times, but I never stopped building.

Out of that long and painful process came something new Mining Aura. Unlike DryPlanet, which was brutal and experimental, Mining Aura is simple, welcoming, and fun at its core.
